QMS ITALIA is also a licensee, in the name and on behalf of QMSCERT, also in Kosovo, Ukraine, Lithuania and the Baltic countries, Brazil, Iran and the Middle East.

QMS Italia was born in Naples in 2010, the exclusive partner of QMSCERT (ESYD Accredited Certification and Inspection Body for management systems and Accredia for some product certifications) in Italy and other foreign countries, by the initiative of Eng. Pasqualini (Lead Auditor of Management Systems since 1998). Since its foundation, QMS Italia has set as its mission:

ISO 9001 certification

The standard specifies the requirements of a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to regularly provide products / services that meet customer requirements and applicable mandatory requirements, aiming to increase customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.

ISO 45001 certification

The standard specifies the requirements of a management system for the health and safety of workers in the workplace. Providing a framework for improving safety - reducing occupational hazards and improving worker well-being - thereby increasing their performance.

ISO 27001 certification

The standard specifies the requirements for an information security management system that aims to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information by applying a risk management process, thus securing stakeholders.

ISO 14001 certification

The standard specifies the requirements of an environmental management system that an organization can use to develop its environmental performance, keeping the environmental impacts of its activities under control, seeking improvement in a consistent, effective and above all sustainable way.

ISO 22000 certification

The standard specifies the requirements of a food safety management system, food safety is ensured through the combined efforts of all parts of the food supply chain by providing safe food / products.

ISO 50001 certification

The standard specifies the requirements of an energy management system that allows an organization to continuously improve its energy performance, systematically increasing its energy efficiency.

Impartiality

QMS Italia carries out its management systems certification activity based on objective evidence obtained through an impartial evaluation, without bias, fair, internationally validated, reliable and unaffected by no interest.

In order to ensure the impartiality of its activities, QMS Italia carries out periodically an assessment of the risk deriving from real or potential threats. The evaluation of internal staff (in charge of evaluating requests forcertification), and external (Auditor / Lead Auditor / technical experts), is based for example on:

conflict of interest;
potential personal interests;
subjectivity of judgment;
familiarity;
intimidation;
economic / financial conditioning.

To ensure compliance with the impartiality of its certification process, QMS Italia is committed to:

• manage, eliminate or reduce real or potential risks, which emerged through the risk assessment,

• develop procedures for managing activities,

• monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the same over time,

• involve and train its staff, both internal and external, also through the signing of a “Declaration of confidentiality and absence of conflict of interest”
